Sitting at the computer for soooo many hours a day I find
the best way for me to relieve the tension is a massage.
I find that sometimes I need the therapist to get right in
their and work those knots out and at other times a more calming
gentle massage will send me walking out refreshed and alive.
Take the opportunity to spend 30-60mins to switch off and
just be. Find a therapist who will combine your massage with
soft music, candles and aromatherapy for pure, indulgent stress
release!
